Your Role

The HR Business Partner performs duties associated with all of the different functional HR areas , including employee relations, Training, Development, Culture, employment, and compensation and benefits. Partners with other HRBP´s business unit and COE, diagnoses performance issues and learning needs, identifies appropriate training-based solutions, and develops Leadership learning frameworks to facilitate achievement of the individual business unit’s goals. Work closely with BU heads to understand better the needs and strengthten key HR processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities as needed (e.g., review applications, interview)

  • Coach, counsel, and guide managers before the execution of employee Life cycle - key processes

  • Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR Key processes & company results

  • Drive people processes to ensure that employees’ capabilities meet current and future standards

  • Maintain close contact with the HR team to ensure alignment with corporate and business unit, HRBP´s and the HR coordinators team

  • Manage specific projects as determined in the HR planning process and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives

  • Suppor, ensure and monitor that employee performance evaluations are completed in a timely / quality manner.

  • Support line management in forecasting and planning talent pipeline requirements.

  • Analyze and improve existing L&D frameworks and adjust a skills matrix according business needs.

  • Establish a project plan and conduct a cost/benefit analysis for any recommendations made to business units

  • Evaluate and analyze the general training requirements, business objectives, desired results and limitations of the business unit in order to guarantee closing gaps or develop potentialities.

  • Partner with business units and other HR functions to ensure consistency of HR strategy & organization initiatives and procedures.

Your Skills and Experiences

-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field: A bachelor's degree is usually required. Some employers may prefer a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Master's in Human Resources for more advanced positions.

-Previous experience in team or project management is often necessary for management positions.
