Kuehne+Nagel Equipment Examiner in Donnington, United Kingdom

We are looking for 3 Equipment Examiners to join the team in Donnington Telford.

Your Role

This role is responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, investigation, examination and conditioning of Dental & Medical and associated sub-assemblies held at Kuehne+Nagel Government & Defence Donnington. Using approved data to maintain the stock. Occasional travel off site may be required to support KN activities

Your Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day processing of TS work orders.

  • Take responsibility for ensuring you work within current approved data, policies, processes, procedures, and management guidance.

  • Be responsible for working with others to ensure required outcomes are achieved.

  • Establish and understanding of Risk Assessments and Risk Controls including understanding how to identify risks.

  • Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace

  • Building positive customer relationships and responding constructively to customer requests and internal departments.

  • Be a Champion for Continuous Improvement (CI) and develop an understanding of continuous improvement tools and methodologies and participating in CI activities as required

  • Actively participate and input into WIs/SOPs and process confirmations, assisting with the identification of necessary amendments, updates and rewrites as required.

  • Undertake Technical Services WEMWO.

  • Responsible for ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with approved data

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification/Apprenticeship or equivalent.

  • Desirable: Experience of working on Medical Technical Equipment.

  • IMS experience

  • Ability to influence, negotiate and deal with conflict successfully.

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety at work.

  • Experience of working to agreed targets.

  • Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook Skills / Personal Attributes

  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
