Kuehne+Nagel Loss Prevention Manager in Locust Grove, Georgia
We are looking for a Loss Prevention Manager to handle the security, compliance, investigation, and taking action toward shrinkage for our distribution facility in Locust Grove, Georgia. Your Role
In this role as an independent contributor, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of campus loss prevention and security protocols. You will also actively reinforce security practices and coordinate with contracted security services to maintain adherence to KN security standards.
Your Responsibilities
Implement and maintain a SecurityManagement system following the Kuehne+Nagel U.S. security policy manualand establish site loss prevention protocols
Ensure strict adherence to Visitorand Driver Protocol in both office and warehouse area and manage local IDbadge program
Review and follow up on anyreported security incidents, maintain branch activity reports, accurate alarm/securityrecords, and regular maintenance reports
Investigate and report all securityincidents to the Site Manager and Director of Security
Detects and resolves internal theftinvestigations within the warehouse
Partner with law enforcement agencies on incident investigations
Update and maintain security workinstructions to ensure compliance with security protocols
Maintenance of security certificationsand standards as applicable, such as to C-TPAT, TAPA-A
Regularly review CCTV footage toidentify and report any irregularities, escalating to the Site Manager andDirector of Security
Your Skills and Experiences
Criminaljustice certificate such as Wicklander- Zulawski or similar, or equivalent combination of education andexperience
5+ years of experience in lossprevention management
Formal knowledge of TAPA and C TPAT requirements is preferred
Law enforcement or militarybackground a plus
Experience in a warehousingenvironment a plus
