Your Role
Responsible for compiling sell rates for air logistics quote requests from internal/external customers on behalf of the CaC Cluster
Your Responsibilities
Handle all air logistics quotation requests (excluding project cargo ) from CaC Region branches using standard templates and maintaining MS Access /or similar database i.e. QTSea
Updating existing quotations as needed.
Assist with regional RFQ’s as and when necessary
Work closely with Dept., managers and sales personnel
Work with Cluster Air Logistics Managers keeping QT + CCD up to date.
Price local tenders using customer own templates
Handle all seafreight quotation requests (excluding project cargo ) from CaC Region branches using standard templates and maintaining MS Access /or similar database

Accomplish with the guidelines established in the Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Guide and Zero Tolerance Policy
Follow all QSHE policies & guidelines
Ensure all business processes to be followed as per KN systems/guidelines and working instructions
Strictly adhere to all QSHE directives (incl. Code of Conduct, Ethical Behaviour, FCPA etc.)
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields
Experience in Booking Coordination
Experience with air freight pricing
English Advanced
