OPIS STANOWISKA
The International Forwarder is responsible for cooperation with clients in the field of shipment handling and ongoing communication based on the standards and procedures applicable at Kuehne + Nagel.
ZADANIA I OBOWIĄZKI
Handling customer orders based on KN standards and procedures
Direct cooperation with internal KN departments
Calculating the costs of forwarding services, collecting data for prepared offers
Selection and verification of carriers, debt collection and reporting
Verification of cost invoices, issuing sales invoices
Compliance with regulations and instructions applicable within the Kuehne+Nagel structure
WYMAGANE DOŚWIADCZENIE
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international forwarding or in a similar position
Experience in road transport; Pharma & Healthcare would be an advantage
Knowledge of English at an B2/C1 level
Experience in contacts with clients and subcontractors preferred
Computer skills: MS Office and MS Excel
Great communication skills with a customer centric mindset
