Your Role

Take the reins in overseeing regional customer accounts, strategically developing solutions that precisely meet customer needs and drive optimal sales and profits. Be the face of QuickSTAT, cultivating a positive image with prospects and clients while actively supporting the corporation's strategic objectives. Represent the organization with professionalism during customer visits and at trade shows or events. This role is an opportunity for hands-on involvement in account management, where your strategic thinking and customer-focused approach make a tangible impact on our success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate customer accounts on a regional scale, driving growth through high-level strategies and leading the account growth team for effective execution.

  • Develop and implement specific sales strategies at the account level, collaborating seamlessly with the Quick team for successful execution.

  • Elevate client engagement through on-site meetings, meticulous review of deliverables, and active participation in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and critical meetings.

  • Engage with customers at a senior level to assess satisfaction, manage critical situations with at-risk accounts, and ensure a proactive approach to customer needs.

  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources for tradeshows and events, managing overall Return on Investment (ROI) effectively.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitive products and market activity, providing regular reports to keep management and sales peers informed.

  • Identify new revenue and margin opportunities, contributing to the development and implementation of response strategies.

  • Build and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction by directing necessary resources to meet regional customer needs.

  • Guide on-site representatives in business development, ensuring profitable ventures through mentoring and development.

  • Formulate and develop comprehensive business plans for each account, addressing sales growth activities, technology, market and competitive information, and pricing strategies, while coordinating customer-based activities and strategies globally with other sales organizations, maintaining regional account responsibility.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 8+ years experience in sales to Chief Medical Officers, Contract Research Organizations, Central Labs, pharmaceutical, biotech, and personalized medicine companies.

  • 8+ years of logistics industry experience

  • Bachelors Degree

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
